How God brought to us

God's House of Hope

God’s House of Hope is a 6–8 month Christian Discipleship and residential recovery program serving individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, emotional challenges, and life instability. As one of the first in-house residential programs in the area serving both men and women, our mission is to provide hope to the hopeless.

We seek to guide individuals to the Lord Jesus Christ, helping them discover love, purpose, and lasting transformation, while equipping them to grow as disciples according to biblical teaching.

God’s House of Hope opened on February 20, 2017, in Nettleton, Mississippi. Since then, the ministry has expanded to include dedicated staff housing for both men and women, as well as a 5,200-square-foot Worship Center. In February 2020, we expanded to Kilmichael, Mississippi, and in February 2023, we opened an additional center in Clinton, Alabama. We are grateful for God’s continued blessings and look forward with faith and expectation to the future.

Our Mission

At God’s House of Hope, we are committed to sharing the love and truth of Jesus Christ with a world in need of hope. We believe that through Him, individuals can experience spiritual renewal, emotional healing, personal growth, and restored purpose.

Our work integrates faith-based discipleship with compassionate support, life-skills development, and recovery-focused care. As the

Holy Spirit leads, we strive to serve each person holistically—spiritually, emotionally, vocationally, and relationally—equipping

them for lasting transformation.

God’s House of Hope operates as a nonprofit organization, sustained through the generosity of individuals, churches, and community partners who share in this mission. In all we do, our purpose is to trust Him, obey Him, and give Him all glory and honor as we walk alongside those seeking hope, healing, and a new beginning.

What we Believe

We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ came to save us, that our sins can be forgiven through Him, and that His life, death, and resurrection offer hope to all people.

We believe God is real, all-powerful, all-knowing, and sovereign over all creation. He created the world and everyone in it, and every person matters deeply to Him. Because all have sinned, all are in need of Jesus.

We believe that Jesus rose from the dead and will come again. We believe the Bible is the true and living Word of God—powerful, trustworthy, and our foundation for faith and life. We stand on His promises, knowing that forgiveness, redemption, and new life are available to all, and we are called to live out and share His truth with the world.
