How God brought to us
God's House of Hope
God's House of Hope is a 6-8 month Christian Discipleship Training program for people with drug, alcohol, or emotional issues. God's House of Hope is the first in-house residential program for both women and men. The program's purpose is to provide hope to the hopeless. It is our goal to direct the people to the Lord Jesus to find love and a purpose for their lives and to make disciples of them as the Bible directs.
God's House of Hope opened on February 20, 2017. Since then, God's House of Hope Nettleton has grown by adding a women's staff dorm, a men's staff dorm, and 5,200 square foot Worship Center. God has truly blessed us, and we are excited to see what the future has for us. As of February 2020, we expanded our ministry to Kilmichael, Mississippi, and as of February 2023, we will open a Center in Clinton, Alabama.
At God's House of Hope, we are to witness Jesus to the world! We know that Jesus Christ is the answer to evangelize, educate, and disciple any person spiritually, physically, vocationally, and psychologically as the Holy Spirit leads and directs. We reserve the right to engage in any business we feel led to enter into in order to further the purpose of this mission. This organization is to be non-profit, supported by God, through people as He works individually in their hearts and primarily purposed in proclaming Jesus to whom be giving all the Glory and Honor. Our individual purpose is to trust Him, obey Him, and praise Him.
What we Believe
We believe in the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus came to save us! We believe that our sins can be forgiven! We believe that we are to teach, live, and share the truth that Jesus taught and endorsed! We believe that God is real, all-powerful, all-knowing, and totally in charge of the direction of our world.
We believe He created everything and everyone and every person matters to Him! We believe everyone has sinned, so everyone needs Jesus. We believe Jesus rose from the dead is coming back again. We believe the Bible, which is God's Word, is both true and powerful! We believe and stand on His promises that we all can be forgiven, and we are to share His Word.
